Julia Phillips - APD, FODMAPs, CEDC-D

With a Masters in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Exercise Rehabilitation, and over 15 years experience as a clinical dietitian, Julia has developed a strong foundation in supporting people with nutrition and health.  Julia provides informed, compassionate, and kind care to help clients navigate their relationship with food, body image, and health. 

Julia's experience includes working with clients in various presentations including anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorders, and more generalised disordered eating behaviours and patterns.  She also works with gut disorders, PCOS, insulin resistance, and Coeliac Disease.  She is skilled in counselling across diverse populations including adolescents, adults, and neurodivergent individuals.  Julia maintains her clients at the centre of their own care and helps her clients lead their way through their care while providing  support, knowledge, and guidance as they need.

Julia is working with a team of five dietitian's at the EatWise Clinic in Sutherland.  She feels well supported within the team, who all have experience working within eating disorders.
