Treatment Approach

Kellie uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT and CBT-E) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients cultivate self-compassion and self-understanding across a range of mental health concerns such as Eating Disorders, body image concerns, anxiety and depression, life transitions and adjustment, and stress management. Kellie is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.  

Kellie believes in a client-centred, strengths-based approach, working collaboratively to help clients build resilience.

She enjoys supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and communities, is aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES®) principles, and works from a non-diet approach.
